Where We Ship

We currently ship across Canada, the United States, UK, Europe, UAE, Tanzania, Kenya, Zanzibar & Madagascar. 

If you’re located outside these regions, please reach out to us at Contact us,  we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Additional shipping fees may apply for international destinations.

We want to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. Here are our shipping rates and policies.

 

Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

Free Shipping:

 

USA, Canada, UK, and Europe: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $169 CAD.

International Customers: Free shipping is available on orders over $300

CAD.

Standard Rates:

USA & Canada: For orders under $169 CAD, there is a flat rate of $15.99 CAD.

UK & Europe: For orders under $300 CAD, there is a flat rate of $15.99 CAD.

Dubai: There is a flat rate of $12 CAD on all orders.

Tanzania, Kenya, Nairobi, Uganda, Madagascar: There is a flat rate of $50 CAD on all orders.

Please note that all rates above apply to a reasonable quantity of items.

 

Delivery Timelines

Please note that delivery estimates may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery within 8–13 business days.

 

Custom Orders

Custom pieces are made with extra care and may require 15–20 business days. We appreciate your patience as we bring your vision to life.

 

Expedited Shipping

In a hurry? Expedited delivery is available and typically arrives within 3–8 business days.

If We Can’t Ship to You

In the rare event that we’re unable to deliver to your location, we’ll notify you immediately and issue a full refund. No hassle, No worry.
